Welcome to Fair Dome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fair Dome mobile application ("App") provided by Ron's Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Fair Dome, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fair Dome, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fair Dome is a household expense management application that helps users:

• Track shared expenses within a household
• Calculate proportional expense shares based on income
• Manage balances and settlements between household members
• Generate expense reports and statistics
• Scan receipts to automatically create expenses (Premium feature)

3. Account Registration

To use Fair Dome, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Plan

Fair Dome offers a free plan that includes:

• Expense tracking and management
• Balance calculations
• Settlement tracking
• Up to 2 household members

4.2 Fair Dome Pro (Premium)

Premium features are available through subscription:

4.3 Free Trial

New households receive a 30-day free trial of Premium features. No payment information is required for the trial.

4.4 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Household Membership

When you join or create a household:

• You consent to sharing your expense data with other household members
• You agree that income information you provide will be used to calculate expense shares
• The household creator has administrative privileges to manage members
• You can leave a household at any time through the app settings

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

Fair Dome and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Ron's Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ron's Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ron's Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
